My room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable bed and luxurious amenities. the internet service was spotty during my stay, which could be improved.

I had a brilliant time at this hotel, enjoying its prime location just a few steps from Piccadilly Circus and within walking distance to both the National Gallery and Hyde Park, perfect for city strolls and sightseeing. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even surprising us with a bottle of Moët for our special occasion, making our anniversary celebration even more memorable.

Birthday celebration bliss

What an awesome spot! The staff was super helpful, and we actually got to check in early. The room was gorgeous with a lovely surprise of champagne and cake for the birthday celebration. Super comfy bed too! Only bummer was the morning coffee at the bar, which kinda sucked. a fab experience!
